Sick Boy

The day after the Dallas Arboretum Easton didn't sleep the entire night and was running a fever, he also had some hard stools, so we took him to the Doctor.  The doctor checked him all out and couldn't find anything wrong.  We had thought he might be teething, but she said she didn't see any teeth yet.  So, she decided she wanted to stick a cotton swab up Easton's nose to test for the flu and thank the lord he did not have it.  Then, she decided she wanted to put in a catheter to test Easton's urine for a yeast infection.  It was extremely painful to watch, but luckily it only took a minute or so and as soon as they pulled it out Easton stopped crying and got a huge smile on his face.  Of course it was also negative, so we went home knowing that Easton has some type of virus and she wanted us to feed Easton's prunes to help make his stool soft.  It took Easton a good 7 days to get over his cold and although he wasn't took fond of the prunes, it helped get his stool back to normal.
